We
bolster the strength of local LGBT activism in rural enclaves, small
towns and cities nationwide. We build grassroots political muscle at
every level by training activists, strengthening the infrastructure of
local and state allies and organizing broad-based campaigns creating
public support for full equality of LGBT people. Learn more about our

The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force is conducting a nationwide
survey on issues that are important to the LGBT community. With more and
more consistent wins for marriage equality, the Task Force is already
thinking about what’s next including the Employment Non-Discrimination
Act (ENDA) to end discrimination against LGBT people  in the workplace,
immigration and protecting our youth and aging communities.
