Zac Efron Dirty Grandpa
ZAC EFRON IS BACK and half naked! Shots here from on the set of his new movie, DIRTY GRANDPA!
Surprisingly, Efron doesn’t play an ’80s bodybuilder. The fringe crop top and neon (blood stained?) harem sweatpants are just part of his wardrobe for the movie, set to release in 2016. Efron stars opposite Robert De Niro as young man who is forced to take his strict army vet grandpa (De Niro) on Spring Break to Florida.
Abercrombie Fitch Fire Male Models
WHY?
Abercrombie Fitch is firing all their Male Models!
The brand will no longer promote sexual marketing and they will make the stores BRIGHTER!
Whose brilliant idea was this?
The trademark hotties are going the way of the dinosaur, as the retailer announced the brand will discontinue the use of “sexualized marketing” at all of its locations by the end of July.
No longer will shirtless men greet you at the door of Abercrombie & Fitch. The retailer is scaling back the sexiness at all A&F and Hollister locations and decreasing its powerful trademark aroma.

Is James Franco GAY?
Wouldn’t it be great if James Franco and his cute brother Dave Franco were BOTH GAY?
James Franco does flirt with sexuality and gayness, that’s for sure! With three films slated for this spring—True Story, I Am Michael, and Wim Wenders’s Everything Will Be Fine—James Franco continues to be the busiest man in show business. Actor, director, producer, writer, poet, professor, social media maven, and cultural provocateur, he also continues to challenge us by challenging himself about preconceived concepts of sexuality and how they fit contextually into his art. So it was no surprise when he accepted this challenge to sit down with himself to discuss his life together.
In an interview with DOT 429, the straight James Franco interviews the gay James Franco…..
GayJames: But inevitably people will think that you’re gay; they will think that you’re in Milk, and Howl, and The Broken Tower, and Interior. Leather Bar because you are actually gay. That all these projects are ways of playing gay hide-and-seek.
StriaghtJames: These are all works of art, and art is free; art is its own realm. Of course, they can be read through a biographical lens and, of course, through something like Interior. Leather Bar uses my persona to talk about some of these very issues, but they are still works of art and not exactly nonfictional statements about who I am.
GayJames: Is this interview a nonfictional statement about who you are?

Cory Wade Host & Walk Queer Fashion Week
America’s Next Top Model finalist Cory Wade will be taking Queer Fashion Week’s runway as one of the celebrity models.
Wade, who dropped his last name Hindorff recently, will be joined by a top celebrity model, who also recently signed on to walk the QFW catwalk.
On the 20th edition of ANTM, Wade took the show’s host Tyra Banks and crew by storm as one of the first openly gay models. He caused such a stir they asked him back as a guest on the 21 edition.
Now the 24-year old biracial model will be dazzling audiences at the first-ever Queer Fashion Week, April 16 – 19 in Oakland, California.
To see the hottest designers, celebrities and models you have to get your tickets now, http://qfw.eventbrite.com
QFW producer Christine De La Rosa said “Featuring celebrity models alongside seasoned and newly minted models is at the core of Queer Fashion Week. I wanted to have every level of experience showcased not only in the models but also in the designers. I believe we are at our best when we are able to break the glass ceiling and bring everyone else with us. Cory is one of those ceiling breakers and a role model to many in the LGBTQ community. I am thrilled and honored that he is participating in the inaugural year of QFW.”
The biracial openly gay model from Philadelphia is excited, proud, and a little bit “pissed off” that there hasn’t been a fashion week highlighting LGBT designers and models before now, he said.
At the same time, he believes Queer Fashion Week is a part of a revolution and might even push the boundaries toward change in the fashion industry as Banks wanted him to do on the show. As Wade learned on the show fashion isn’t as all-inclusive and queer-friendly as it is assumed to be, but it showed him “where we actually are as far as fashion is concerned and some of the hurdles that we still have to overcome,” he said.
That’s changing though. He feels that Queer Fashion Week could shake up the fashion world as a part of revolutionary change that’s on the verge of reshaping fashion.
“It’s important that we emphasize that it isn’t important how we classify ourselves sexually, [but by] just showing everyone that we are just as good and just as qualified to be those household names,” said Wade, who is excited to be “on the forefront of the fashion industry really breaking boundaries … starting a movement that is all-inclusive.”
“This could potentially change the fashion industry in a very, very positive way,” he added.
Reflecting on Banks and his experience on the show, “It seemed like she was always in my corner and really wanted me to push the envelope and always wanted me to be that model to like break that boundary in the industry,” said Wade, noting that “a few of the other judges couldn’t stop harping on my femininity.”
Currently, Wade’s experience flipping through the pages of magazines all he sees is the hunky all-American men and the fashions they model don’t exactly fit his style sensibility.
“As a gay man, when I flip through magazines and I see that all-American muscle bound male over and over the first thing I think is, ‘Oh, I can never wear that,'” he said.
Wade believes he’s not alone in wanting to see models who reflect back to him or themselves rather than “the same carbon copy guy just over and over again,” he said.
“I think that we are at a place now where there are so many people who want to explore different facets of themselves [that] now that there is a market for designers who want to go that route,” said Wade, who hopes the fear to create different lines of clothing fades as people buy and start seeing them in the pages of magazines.
“Something like this, it just makes it I feel like it’s going to give a lot of people hope. Like they are going to see that there are so many different walks of life and they are all beautiful,” said Wade. “It could really change this whole experience. It could really change the whole fashion industry in a very positive way.”

Sexy Steve Grand First Album in March
CHICAGO’s sexy and talented Steve Grand is gearing up for release his debut album All American Boy March 24 after a very successful Kickstarter last year, Out reports:
Grand is an openly gay singer who’s certainly country-inspired, but does not self-identify as a country artist. “Music is subjective,” Grand says, “The lines of life are blurring. We are seeing that in music as in sexuality and gender identity…There’s nothing different about my music just because I’m gay. I sing about things that I go through, but they are things that we all go through, regardless of sexual orientation.” […]
A full-length album has also allowed Grand to follow an arc or storyline. “Each song needed to function as a plot point on that arc. A lot of things in life follow that trajectory, where there’s a beginning, middle, and end. Relationship do that, growing up does that, life does that.” Every number, Grand adds, ”explores some kind of relationship, whether it be a relationship with a romantic partner, a relationship with a friend, a relationship with the past, a relationship with something destructive, a relationship with a community.”

I AM MICHAEL – New Coming Out Film
PHOTO: James Franco is teasing the Sundance premiere of his new film by teasing co-stars Zachary Quinto and twink cutie Charlie Carver in a steamy hot shirtless pic of them sucking face and going at it.
Perhaps the most controversial movie at this year’s Sundance Film Festival is I Am Michael, which stars James Franco as Michael Glatze, the prominent gay rights activist who became a Christian, turned against his old allies, and declared that he was no longer gay.
A remarkably even-handed account of outspoken gay-rights journalist Michael Glatze’s 180-degree identity reversal, which shocked friends and admirers after he found religion, rejected his queer “lifestyle” and became a Christian pastor.
While admirable in its seeming impartiality, Justin Kelly’s hot-potato directorial debut won’t be seen by many beyond the arthouse and festival circuit, but it will nevertheless rile viewers and provoke discussion on all sides, simply because it cuts to the heart of the self-doubt, fear and prejudice associated with modern homosexuality.
Kelly clearly wants to be as fair as possible to the facts, which found their way to him via executive producer Gus Van Sant. The “Milk” director had read a story in the New York Times called “My Ex-Gay Friend,” written by Benoit Denizet-Lewis, one of Glatze’s former colleagues at XY magazine. The world is full of stories of young people who have gone through anti-gay conversion (or “reparative”) therapy, though Glatze’s case is unique in that he had been a vocal activist for gay teens, serving as managing editor of XY as a means of reaching other confused young men who might otherwise be depressed or suicidal without positive gay imagery and role models.
(Read more at Variety)
Zachary Quinto stars opposite Franco as Bennett, Glatze’s longtime boyfriend. SLATE asked the openly gay actor (who was joined for the interview by producer Neal Dodson) whether he’d had an opportunity to meet Glatze and his ex-boyfriend, and why he wanted to make a movie about the controversial figure.
Gay Male Models Rhodes Twins Come OUT
YouTube personalities and male models Austin and Aaron Rhodes have had a significant social media following since they began loading clips to their channel nearly six months ago.
This week, the 20 year old pair decided to start off 2015 in a major way by utilizing their platform to both come out as gay to their father over the phone while recording the event in order to share it with their followers — and the world.
This video inspires a roller coaster of emotions, as the boys initially struggle to get the words out. When they finally do, their father offers a good response to his sons: “It’s the way things are, you know? You’re grown people. You grew up in a lot different generation than me. I just don’t really know what to say — you know I love you both and that’ll never change.” – – I wish parents would not say things like, “It’s just the way it is ” – or “well it’s your choice..it’s your life….” – IT’S NOT A CHOICE. But I am sure the news caught him off guard and at least it was not a negative response.
You may remember last summer, another set of male twins, Adam and Luke came out to their family on YouTube.
Gay Movie News – STUDlebrity
STUDlebrity
is a new phenomenon. You have seen them on Facebook – and in underwear ads. HOT guys who are famous because of their handsome looks and sexy buff bodies.
Today there seems to be a new Social Celebrity every time we go online. We are inundated with guys famous for… well we don’t really know what. But they have over 10,000 followers on Twitter and when they post a carefully posed shirtless shot on Instagram they have an army of followers giving it an enthusiastic thumbs-up.
His handsome face and sculpted physique have helped pave the way to a charmed life – or at least that’s the only part he’ll ever reveal on his social network.
He’s pretty. He knows it. And he wants to share every moment of his pretty life with you.
Charlie David, a Canadian actor, writer, director and producer, best known for the male lead in the LGBT horror series Dante’s Cove. He has also worked as a TV host on a number of shows like F.Y.E!, SpyTV, Bump! and Crash Test Mommy.
He is co-owner, alongside Derek James and Linda Carter of Border2Border Entertainment, a production house of film and television projects. His newest project is STUDlebrity.
He tells QUEERTY: “I was noticing a huge influx of attractive young guys with tens and hundreds of thousands of followers (earned or purchased) on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook. Many of them didn’t have an obvious skill, trade or perspective they were trying to promote or share with the world. From a superficial glance it appeared they were simply gaining a following from posting a bunch of photos or videos in various states of undress. I wanted to dig a little deeper and find out what was motivating their actions and if perhaps there was some depth behind the apparent vanity. “

Male Sex Work and Society
Times change and so has sex work. In the 70’s and 80’s I used to hear about young men (and women) who turned to selling their bodies because they were
A). Homeless and/or
B). needed drug money.
I don’t know how true that was but sign onto any escort site say in, Chicago or any other big city, and EVERYONE is an escort! Everyone wants some extra money. And a good number of guys make a good living at it.
Male Sex Work and Society
is the first volume to explore male sex work from a rich array of perspectives and disciplines across the social sciences and humanities.
In recent decades, male sex work has emerged as an important area of study, as well as a social activity in its own right. As new ways of thinking and speaking about male sex work have emerged, it is no longer conflated with homosexuality or the female sex industry. Historical and cultural variations in male sex work are now acknowledged, enabling this activity to be understood in complex and dynamic terms, thus challenging older perspectives that view male “prostitution” as deviant and pathological.
Previously neglected aspects of male sex work, such as servicing a female clientele (the gigolo) and upper income types of service (escorts), have gained both scholarly and popular attention. The collection also looks at male sex work representations in popular media, including film and literature.
This is a fascinating book that aims to help enrich the ways in which we view both male sex work as a field of commerce and male sex worker themselves.
Leading contributors examine the field both historically and cross-culturally from fields including public health, sociology, psychology, social services, history, filmography, economics, mental health, criminal justice, geography, and migration studies, and more.
The data and observations compiled here are quite remarkable. Different countries are looked at, the escorts themselves and the men who hire them.
Male Sex Work and Society 512 pages!
Much-needed…. Most of the articles are research centered and bring quantitative analysis to historical, national, and cultural events. This research constitutes the most evident strength of the collection…. Scholars researching male sex work will appreciate this crucial step in the right direction.

Alex Minsky Nude Photos Leaked
GQ spoke with Marine-turned-model Alex Minsky, who overcame having his leg amputated to become something of a pinup for patriotic gay men everywhere.
“I love gay men,”
revealed Minsky, 25, “because if they like something, they’ll let everybody know.”
He’s less thrilled, though, about having his nude photos leaked last winter—months before the current crop of stars had their privacy invaded:
I went into freak-out mode,” he says. “I don’t have a team of people taking care of my Internet snafus.” Still: What does it mean when a soldier’s broken body becomes not an admonition about the horrors of war but, rather, a sex object? “Maybe I just like being naked,” he says. “Ever think of that?”

Tom of Finland Stamps
The legendary TOM OF FINLAND
now has his own stamps – but they are only available in Finland at the moment.
The late graphic artist Tom of Finland, born Touko Laaksonen, has become further cemented as an icon for his contributions to gay art and history thanks to a new a series of stamps. He is considered one of the most well-known Finnish artists around the world.
The work of Tom of Finland is both monumentally significant and long-standing.
“His emphatically masculine homoerotic drawings have attained iconic status in their genre and had an influence on, for instance, pop culture and fashion. In his works, Tom of Finland utilized the self-irony and humor typical of subcultures. During his career, Tom of Finland produced more than 3,500 drawings… The drawings on the stamp sheet represent strong and confident male figures typical of their designer.”
Here’s an interview with stamp’s designer Timo Berry in cooperation with the Tom of Finland Foundation‘s Finnish representative Susanna Luoto.
A petition demanding the stamp be called off has now launched, and has so far gathered over 2,000 signatures.
Stamps may be ordered here.
Channing Tatum Steve Carroll Foxcatcher
This looks GREAT! Based on a shocking true story, Channing Tatum and Steve Carell star in the upcoming film Foxcatcher. EVERYONE is talking about both Channing and Steve and their award winning performances.
It is about a wrestler (Tatum) who wants to be the best wrestler in the world and a mysterious older benefactor (Carell) who offers him his patronage.
Dave Schultz was an Olympic and world champion freestyle wrestler. While training for another Olympic bid, he was killed by a gunshot from mad athletic sponsor John Eleuthère du Pont. Four months after Dave’s murder, his brother Mark competed in UFC 9 and won. Dave Schultz is the only 1984 Olympic Champion to win the 1983 World Championships and Mark is the only 1984 Olympic Champion to win the 1985 World Championships. When Mark won another World Championship in 1987, he became the first Olympic Champion to add two additional World titles. What a story!
What begins as a mutually symbiotic relationship quickly devolves into something darker and more twisted.
Channing talks about the grueling training and how it changed him, “Look, when you’re in that kind of a movie, it doesn’t matter if you’re hurt or not,” the actor told Yahoo. “You keep moving forward. I don’t think my knees will ever be the same after that, and I still have cauliflower ear. But if I came out of the movie without it, I’d feel like I didn’t do something right.”
