With just hours away from Memorial Day Weekend,  I look in the mirror and ask myself, “Is my body REALLY ready for the beach season this year?” – The answer is NO.  And there really isn’t  much time left to do anything about it! If I am lucky, I may feel comfortable to take off my shirt and don a Speedo in time for Gay Pride!

But seriously,  eating out is THE WORST. Why don’t they publish a Nutritional Value for items on the menu? It should be a law.
