“I’m still shaking my head in bemusement over my voiceover bits on the DVD, though. Hey—they sound cheesy to me! A friend in my Latin class said I had the sort of voice that would make me good at reading children’s stories…but I don’t exactly think that translates into a knack for narrating porn! All the same, I really shouldn’t knock it after how much back-and-forth it took to get the voiceover done. Originally I tried recording it with just a microphone plugged into my computer, but there was way too much background noise in those attempts. So then Steve (Jerome) sent me a digital voice recorder and I re-recorded the voiceover on that. Those files still had too much sound variation in them! On the third try we finally got usable samples, and those ended up in the final cut. Ah, the perils of trying to come up with content while it’s simultaneously being edited on the other side of an ocean
