LEVI’S GAY PRIDE COLLECTION
This June, Levi’s launched a Pride collection celebrating equality. Levi’s is no stranger to fighting for what is right, Levi’s® Pride 2014 product is the best way to wear your pride.
In 1982, leaders and employees at Levi Strauss & Co came together to support each other and raise awareness about HIV and AIDS; today Levi’s still supports and fights the battle against HIV/AIDS. In 1992, Levi Strauss & Co was the first to offer benefits to same sex couples. In 2007, Levi Strauss & Co was the only California business to file an amicus brief with the California Supreme Court, supporting same-sex marriage.
The Levi’s® Pride 2014 product includes a Men’s tee, Women’s tee and a unisex tank top that all feature a retro Levi’s® logo in classic rainbow colors and a “PRIDE 2014” stamp on the back neck. Also available is a baseball cap with the Levi’s® iconic batwing logo in the same rainbow colors. Product will be available throughout the month of June at select stores in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Washington D.C. Prices range from $18-$25 and proceeds will benefit local pride organizations based in the respective locations. Please see below as well as a link to images of the collection.
