Kylie and Dannii Minogue + Christmas CD
Kylie releases her first Christmas album, Kylie Christmas at digital and streaming partners today via Warner Bros Records. Recorded at Angel Studios and Sarm Music Village, the album features 13 tracks – including several duets and a mix of original and classic songs. Kylie has enlisted the help of her sister Dannii Minogue for the deluxe version of the album, recording the brand new song 100 degrees – set to be a disco Christmas classic!
And Kylie and Dannii Minogue have proved their pop prowess once again with their catchy Christmas song 100 Degrees.
Collaborating for the first time in decades, the duo recorded the song for Kylie’s forthcoming festive album.
James Corden features on Yazoo’s brilliant ‘Only You’, Iggy Pop joins Kylie on the Waitresses festive hit, ‘Christmas Wrapping’ while Frank Sinatra posthumously completes the roll call of collaborators, appearing on ‘Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’.
All tracks on the album were produced by Kylie’s long-standing musical director Steve Anderson, except ‘White December’ and ‘Cried Out Christmas’ which were produced by Matt Prime and ‘Everyday’s Like Christmas’ by Stargate.
Three brand new tracks feature on the main album, ‘White December’, ‘Christmas Isn’t Christmas ‘Til You Get Here’ and ‘Every Day’s Like Christmas’ and a further three on the deluxe edition – ‘Oh Santa’, ‘100 Degrees’ and ‘Cried Out Christmas’. Ranging from slow and sultry to disco, all six of the tracks truly encompass the Christmas spirit.
A DVD featuring 6 of the tracks will also be available, giving fans a glimpse of Kylie in the studio.
Kylie will play a very special Christmas show at London’s Royal Albert Hall on December 11th – her first ever headline show at the prestigious venue. This performance will be filmed for international TV placement.

GRACE JONES Book
Grace Jones slapped my hand in 1982 in Detroit!
I had read about Grace hobnobbing at Studio 54 in AFTER DARK Magazine. I bought her album and fell in love with the glamorous Diva.
She came to the Detroit area several times where I had the privilege of seeing her up close. The first time I saw her perform, I was in the front row.
I held my hand out to her during a song and she slapped it hard! She was fierce and presented a hard image – but then at the end, laughed!
I’ll Never Write My Memoirs
Legendary influential performer Grace Jones offers a revealing account of her spectacular career and turbulent life, charting the development of a persona that has made her one of the world’s most recognizable artists.
As a singer, model, and actress—a deluxe triple threat—Grace has consistently been an extreme, challenging presence in the entertainment world since her emergence as an international model in the 1970s. Celebrated for her audacious talent and trailblazing style, Grace became one of the most unforgettable, free-spirited characters to emerge from the historic Studio 54, recording glittering disco classics such as “I Need a Man” and “La Vie en Rose.” Her provocative shows in underground New York nightclubs saw her hailed as a disco queen, gay icon, and gender defying iconoclast.
In 1980, the always ambitious Grace escaped a crowded disco scene to pursue more experimental interests. Her music also broke free, blending house, reggae, and electronica into a timeless hybrid that led to classic hits such as “Pull Up to the Bumper” and “Slave to the Rhythm.” In the memoir she once promised never to write, Grace offers an intimate insight into her evolving style, personal philosophies, and varied career—including her roles in the 1984 fantasy-action film Conan the Destroyer alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and the James Bond movie A View to a Kill.
Featuring sixteen pages of stunning full-color photographs, many from her own personal archive, I’ll Never Write My Memoirs follows this ageless creative nomad as she rejects her strict religious upbringing in Jamaica; conquers New York, Paris, and the 1980s; answers to no-one; and lives to fight again and again.

Lady Bunny GOING TO THE CHAPEL
After electing a new GOP governor tonight, I thought Kentucky could use a little cheering up with a giggle or two! Governor Bevin was a big supporter of Kim Davis, even visiting her in jail and rallying evangelical voters to her cause–which was refusing to do her job as a marriage clerk and wed gay couples in her county. My condolences to the 48% of the Kentucky electorate who voted against Bevin.

Gus Kenworthy Gay Athlete
I am gay.
Wow, it feels good to write those words. For most of my life, I’ve been afraid to embrace that truth about myself. Recently though, I’ve gotten to the point where the pain of holding onto the lie is greater than the fear of letting go, and I’m very proud to finally be letting my guard down.
My sexuality has been something I’ve struggled to come to terms with. I’ve known I was gay since I was a kid but growing up in a town of 2,000 people, a class of 48 kids and then turning pro as an athlete when I was 16, it just wasn’t something I wanted to accept. I pushed my feelings away in the hopes that it was a passing phase but the thought of being found out kept me up at night. I constantly felt anxious, depressed and even suicidal.
Looking back, it’s crazy to see how far I’ve come. For so much of my life I’ve dreaded the day that people would find out I was gay. Now, I couldn’t be more excited to tell you all the truth. Maybe you’ve suspected that truth about me all along, or maybe it comes as a complete shock to you. Either way, it’s important for me to be open and honest with you all. Y’all have supported me through a lot of my highs and lows and I hope you’ll stay by my side as I make this transformation into the genuine me – the me that I’ve always really been.
I am so thankful to ESPN for giving me this opportunity and to Alyssa Roenigk for telling my story to the world. I think about the pain I put myself through by closeting myself for so much of my life and it breaks my heart. If only I knew then what I know now: that the people who love you, who really care about you, will be by your side no matter what; and, that those who aren’t accepting of you are not the people you want or need in your life anyway.
Part of the reason that I had such a difficult time as a kid was that I didn’t know anyone in my position and didn’t have someone to look up to, who’s footsteps I could follow in. I hope to be that person for a younger generation, to model honesty and transparency and to show people that there’s nothing cooler than being yourself and embracing the things that make you unique. Head over to ESPN.com or click the link in my bio to read the full story and keep your eyes peeled for the November issue on newsstands soon! #outinsports#comingout#gay#beyourself#bornthisway
Laverne Cox in Rocky Horror Re Make
Well this is interesting….Following a lengthy casting process, Fox has found the star of its upcoming “Rocky Horror Picture Show” reboot. Laverne Cox has just been cast to play Frank N Furter. Adam Lambert and Lady Gaga previously were offered the part.
The character was made famous by Tim Curry in the 1975 cult classic, which celebrated its 40th anniversary this year and continues to be screened at midnight in theaters across the country. The two-hour Fox special, due in fall 2016, will be directed, exec produced and choreographed by Kenny Ortega (“High School Musical”) and filmed in advance.
For the uninitiated, Frank-N-Furter is the self-described “sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania” and a scientist. The movie is a satire of sci-fi movies and horror B-movies and originally starred Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick as a couple who stumble upon Frank-N-Furter’s odd castle in which he is creating a living man in his lab.

WELL-STRUNG Video Royals
The SEXY AND GAY GROUP Well-Strung, pop/classical fusion group, released their third music video today titled “Royals (Feat. Palladio)” in anticipation of their new album POPssical due out on October 2nd.
This number is a composition of the group singing Lorde’s smash hit “Royals” while playing Karl Jenkins’ “Palladio” from the aptly titled album Diamond Music (you may remember it from the DeBeers diamond commercials). It is a really fun juxtaposition and the arrangement sounds incredible. We have additional art and photos available to accompany the video and can arrange interviews with the group members (Edmund, Chris, Daniel, and Trevor) upon request.
